heres the bid history... i would guess it was a fake bid since it went up 9600$ in one bid, and the guy skiracer has no feedback.

The seller is going to get REAMED by ebay for closing fees, and I don't know that you can do anything about that until you go through their non-paying bidder system.

Hmmm I'm gonna go with independent solutions actually wanted the RT. I bet the guy who bid 370 has one other account and will retract his bids just before the end of the auction so he can win it for $401 or something like that.

Well if you have 10 million lying around you could send the money to him buy the game and say it doesn't work and get your 10 million back and you would gain a 64 game! lol, hit the zero button a little too much....

i like when the XBox first came out. some guy was selling the box, that the XBox came in! and he stated it many times in the description that, "You are not bidding on the XBox game system, just the box that it came in!"
and it still got up to like $500!!! i was like, "People are really, REALLY STUPID!"

but, funny though. people that fall for that kinda stuff, don't need to be in possesion of money anyways.
