Nice Tires. BIG picture. Resize out of courtesy for the dial-ups? (took me a while, and I'm on CABLE)

I know i put a warning in the topic.

I'll try and resize it but i don't have anything to do that with... I'll se what i can do though. This is probably a good time to find a nice photo editing program.

I like my tires too :D

How about something that we don't have to scroll a window for? I mean I have a 19" and I have to scroll the thing... Giant or no, it's still too big to fit on a screen.

Nice truck! And there is nothing wrong with Ford trucks! They are the best selling pickup truck in the world, and for good reason! :)

I'm getting a 6" suspension lift and a 3" body lift.

Lifted trucks save lives.

Its gunna be sooo nice... not that it isn't already ;)

please keep any "GMC is better than Ford" comments out of here. If you are talking smack about Ford i will have to lay a huge butt whooping down on you. :D

I love it. My dad just took my truck('64 Chevy C10)and gave me his Jeep, I guess he liked it :0. I don't pay for it anymore, but insurance on the Jeep is expensive. Anywho, very nice truck. What size tires are you putting on it? 39s? 41s? A 6" lift is huge. Have fun. Take me in it sometime.

hehe, python if you can get a ride up to CT, then i will gladly drive you around!

Actually i just got those brand new 31s so i'm keeping those. I may end up with just a 4 inch lift.

I found 4 inch blocks (2 inch raise) on ebay for about $25. It comes with the cast iron blocks, u-bolts, and nuts and washers. Shipping will probably cost more than the blocks themselves!

Then i'll get new coils and either drop brackets or new radius arms for the front, then a BIG alignment :D

So i'll probably lift the front end 4 inches, and maybe a body lift. I think i'll stick with the 4" tho.

After that i have to make a mounting bracket for my 4 air horns, then get a billet grille... Then i have to weld up a pusher bar and put some lights on it. Damn. I love my truck a little too much :D

my only prob is that the straight six can haul anything in low end, but once you get into 4th and 5th on the highway... boyy is it slow to accelerate. I think i'm going to buy an electric fan (probably need two) and get rid of the clutch fan. That'll give me a lot more power and much better gas mileage (maybe 2 or even more mpg)

Ok this post is long enough. :D :D

Yea, thats what we did to my jeep a year ago. We installed a little electric fan. We also have a deep charge battery that powers the Water pump. It increases milage by 3 mpg, added a few HP, and gave us some more torque. Pretty good for a little 4 litre 6 inline

The fans are just so expensive for what they are. I mean they give you a lot, but they are pricey.

I think its something like 70% of an engines power is robbed before it makes it to the wheels.

poor engines, they work so hard too. :(
