Favorite Mag

...and I don't mean automag.

I'd like to know which pb magazine people prefer and why. I guess since I started this, I'll go first.

My preference is for FaceFull. I like the world wide coverage and they also do some "lifestyle" coverage. The action photography is the best I have ever scene in a paintball magazine. Finally, they are not above giving something a bad review, unlike some other pb magazines that we all know.

As for complaints, they need to get a better editor. I know that it's owned by a French company and that it is printed and edited in France, but hello, the magazine is written in ENGLISH. It's one thing to see the occasional syntax or spelling error in a post on the 'Net, but when I pay money to get the thing, it's annoying to see bad grammer.

Plus I had no idea the the owner of AGD was Tom KAYNE. :p

hmm, face full, and p8nt are my 2 favorite magazines, i think p8nt is great

I've only read APGs. But i'm not even going to vote for them because im disatisfied with the mag. They are really slow when it comes to covering events (tournies/senarios).

I don't really have a preference, more than half most mags are just advertisements anyway. I've gone through APGs where in 20 pages there's been 1 article.

The mag i read most is apg but it has way to many ads and has to many articles on almost the same thing. i also read pb2x and it's an ok magazine if only it had more articles. i also like how pb2x has a tech page for each month

I like Facefull. It has quite a few articles and lots of pictures. The only thing that I don't like is the fact that it's so expensive and there is only an issue every other month.

I think they all suck. They are good if you want to look at ads. 90% of the pages now a days are ads.

I hate the articles, they are just full of rumors, hype, and newbie tips(i guess good for newbs).

I like the pretty ads though:)

lol the main reason i read magazines is for the ads!:cool:
