I was wondering if there are any companies out there that make METAL elbows for your hopper. And if so where can I buy one.

why would you want a metal one....Pro-team elbows work great, if your not satisfied, get a plain elbow and wrap some hose clamps around the two necks.

I saw them in APG a few months ago, its called the Albow
Al=alluminum, so there is your answer, I forget who makes them, they were a kinda obscure company
