I have a CrossFire 68CI 3k PSI Fiberwrapped tank, It has a two screw in things in the neck, I thought they were to regulate the presure. Anyway, I was taking a shower and I heard a noise. I thought a water pipe broke under the sink. But it was my tank. It was leaking out the small holes on the screw in peice. Not from around the sides, but from the holes to adjust it with.

I hadn't touched the tank sence I filled it Friday.

is my tank shot?

help me..

Sounds like a burst disk went. If i remember correctly that's what's under those screws. Dunno what to do about it tho.

Your tank may have been overfilled or what-not. Sounds like a burst-disc. Whatever you do, just make sure you get discs that are the right pressure specifications for that particular reg & tank combination.

Yeah, bust disk is cheap and easy to fix.
