View Full Version : Level 10s - PLEASE Don't Call and Ask Where Yours Is

We are being drowned in "where's my Level 10" calls. Here's the scoop: We got 300 in this week. All of those were already spoken for. All individual orders that had been placed up until 9/16 were allocated. That means if you placed your order on 9/16 or earlier, there is a Level 10 with your name on it somewhere in our system.

We are shipping these out as quickly as we can, but we were already behind in shipping when the L10's came in. Those 300 L10s meant 250 or more orders hitting the Parts Department and then the Shipping Department. They're only human and the process is only so fast.

More Level 10s are being built, some for dealers, some for retail customers. We are doing all we can to fill these orders. Every phone call "where's my Level 10?" just keeps us from getting other work done. Maybe entering another AO Forum Member's order!
