publication process / format?

I'm just about done with another round of paint testing.

Is there a process for publishing the results?

I'd like to put the first round of results online and then be able to update them as I continue with some more work.

Is there a peer review process?

I plan on breaking the post down into the following sections.

Process... how the testing was done and what was done to make sure the results are correct. Will also include photos of the test setup.

Assumptions... details or issues with the testing that were purposely over looked or assumed to be insignificant.
ie... crushing a paintball at 0.50 inches per minute is not representative of a paintball hitting a target at 280 fps.

Results... the data generated by the test. I can post all the data or just a summary. Were I reading some test results posted by someone else I would like to see all their numbers.

Summary... what I think the data means

Future work... in the early phases of testing like this there will be alot of dead ends and alot of new paths to follow. This section will be used to discuss what, if anything, will be done with future testing.

Is there anything else that should be included?

Does anyone have suggestions for how feedback should be handled?
