Hello from Greece,
i am waiting for some Xtreme Mags and i need your experience on which type of hose i must use, Macro hose or Micro hose. The micro hose can affect the performance of the valve etc? I will use Flatline's 4.5K
thank you

Congrats on your Xtreme purchase, I hope you like it. I've heard that micro will starve the valve under rapid fire conditions but haven't verified that. Personally, I don't like any of the push lock hose methods. I stick with Stainless Steel braided hosed and quick disconnects.

If you go with SS, get some large shrink wrap tubing from an electronics store and cover the stainless braid where it may contact the gun.
...Unless you want your gun all scratched up. : )

Like BradPalooza, I don't like the macro/micro connections. I use the stainless steel hoses and wrap them in this. It was $2.50 at my local radio shack for 10' ...

spiral wrap at radio shack (http://www.radioshack.com/product.asp?catalog%5Fname=CTLG&category%5Fname=CTLG%5F005%5F002%5F006%5F000&product%5Fid=278%2D1638)

Which keeps the SS hose from scratching the battery pack on the emags...
