you guys must have gotten this question a million times but I'm new to this board, and new enough to paintball. I want to lighten and shorten my trigger pull. can anybody help? Any sites show what people have done or old post anything that would help me.

The RT trigger behaves and responds according to the input pressure you set your tank to run. If you have a preset tank you don't have to much you can do as they are set at around 800psi output.

Additionally adjustable tanks vary in feel from company to company. What I mean is that I owned a 68ci 3000psi AGD tank perviously and to get the nice stiff, reactive trigger pull I had to set the tank to about 900psi. Contrast that to my current tank ( an 88ci 4500psi Smart Parts tank) where to get the same feel to the gun, I set the tank in the mid 700psi range.

The bottom line is that the most effective way to mess with the relative stiffness of your tank is to play with the input pressure.

z-man. how do you like your maxflow 88/4500? i ordered one of those, and was wondering how well it would work on a rt. thanks.

I am THRILLED with this tank. I got my lvl 10 upgrade and spent the day shooting 8,000 rounds through it mostly in full auto mode. The tank keeps up and the reg does it's job like a pro. My ONLY problem is that I use up so much paint that I empty the tank after about 1600-1700 rounds. Still that is because I am stupid and hormonal ;)
