How do tourney players shoot so much paint on one air fill?
On 10 vs 10 when the back player carries 20 pods plus his loader? How do they manage to shoot all that paint with one fill?

it'd nice if i could shoot that much on one fill. my field just started offering nitro fills, and they only go up to about 2200 psi.

Yes, the answer is TANKS. :D If all you are worried about is one game at a time, your 4500 tanks (or bigger) will give you plenty of shots….

I don’t spray paint like that. So my 4500 will last me a good afternoon of quick games.

i know what you could do is hook a scuba tank to your back and when you are almost out of air in your tank you can fill it up and you are ready to go. lol i am just joking

You could always get a 91/4500 Flatline and run it on your mag...that would give you plenty of gas to blaze away at your opposition.

pros shoot so much paint because they pull the trigger...
acullay i think they shoot so much because the more paint in the air= the more likely one will hit an opponent. my friend will shoot a ton of paint(a hopper and 2 or 3 pods) just to get one person out. one of the resons i think he or any pro will shoot that much paint is because they have to win and if winning means throwing a 1000 paintballs downrange every game they will do it.

you also have to look at the markers they are using. high end Cockers, Vikings, iR3s, and Excalibures can get nearly a case of paint out of just a 68ci tank.

well, between some of them having like 119 tanks (i couldnt carry that) and very gas efficient guns, tweaked for all the possible performance they can have, when you really think about it, you can see how its done.

i just played a 3 man, 4 min games and i didnt even drop 1 pod a game, and i shoot a hella lot. if you watch the tourneys on warpig, back players empty there hopper on the brake

At practice earlier this year, a comment was made by one of the people on the other team (thrown together). While walking off the field the comment I heard was that the only reason we won is because of the volume of paint shoot. I looked down at my hopper and it was 1/2 full, double checked my pods and they where untouched. Volume is one edge, good solid smart play is another. Pro's will be Pro's.

How do they shoot so much? easy, their fingers move very fast, and like previously stated, they have large volume AIR tanks.
Why do they shoot so much? easy, "accuracy by volume has been and always will be the easiest way to get eliminations"
Is this the best way to go about it? easy, watch some Traumahead videos. The big time Pro vs. Pro games, they typically will shoot 90% of thier paint, then play 'hopperball' untill the game is over. People at the Pro level do things that help them win win win. Obviously, if you want to win win win, you mock the pros (minus wiping).
