ok, I am fixing this mag for a friend. I have no idea how old it is, but its # is CF34116. When you pull the trigger (a 2x benchy) it shoots like an autoresponce trigger gone mad. Sometimes the bold sticks forward, but even more often- the sear dosen't catch the bolt. Also it is very inconsistant (10 shots varied from 334 fps. to 209 fps.).

thanks for all comments.

More info needed. Are you using Co2? Does the bolt or sear look like it has abnormal wear on it? Is there a rail bushing in the hole that the field strip screw goes through? Is the field strip screw tight? Has the trigger rod been adjusted?

I am running a crossfire preset 850 3k psi, both the bold and sear are not worn, there is no rail bushing, and I don't know the length of the trigger rod.

do you have another trigger frame to try it on...

I'm running a older mag, cf22662 and i have no problems with mine... mines from 95ish

Rail bushing (http://store.airgun.com/acb/showdetl.cfm?&DID=17&Product_ID=248&CATID=6)

clean the reg seat (consitency)
check the reg spring pack for visible damage (consitency)
make sure the sear moves freely... and moves freely with the benchy as well
possibly a worn bolt spring

I would say it's probably the bolt spring not pushing the bolt far enough back to catch on the sear

if it's not your's and you're not sure whats on it, check the on off assembly.

An aftermarked on off can do some strange things.

It turned out to be the trigger rod, it was like 2cm long than mine, and I have the same frame sooo.....
anywho, Thanks to all!
