Anyone know of a sight that tells the "size" of goggles? I'm trying to find out what'll fit my fat head and what won't ;-)

One size fits all really...

if you have a big head then dye invision probably won't fit. a proteus probably woulden't fit either. a flex 7 would fit tho.

Aye, 'tis true dayspring, but since my current mask has decided to shrink, I want to make sure I don't go through this again ;-) Actually, the foam sucks & I want something more comfy.

Don't want flex7. I HATE rubber.

The Flex 7 is a Spectra thermal just with softer lower parts. Same lense I believe.

I could'nt recommend the V-force Morph more. It's great for us big head people (like and orange on a toothpick) and very comfy. It does have some soft armor but not nearly like the really soft stuff on the JT masks. It still gets bounces but there's no chance of a shot lip.

If you absolutely loath soft armor V-force makes a few masks with the hard stuff.

ya, i have a v-force to and they are really comfortable and will fit big heads. there is a lot of room inside them.

I had a vforce once... don't remember which one, but I went to play at a field nearby & the owner said that there was recall on my mask. Apparently there was too much space between the lense & mask in the corners & if you were shot there, a jet of paint could hit you in the eye. Sounds pretty paintful....

I've had the BE version of flex7 (same thing, isn't it?) & didn't like it in the least....

Actually phil, there are 2 different versions of the flex7. One with thermal, one without.

I'd LOVE to get a morph! BUT, there's that whole $$ thing....

So, again, I ask, has anyone had any experience with the JT Spectra 260 Thermal's that I linked to earlier......

Thanks for the input so far guys!

I have a black Spectra Proshield (the actual name of your pictured product). I enjoyed it immensely but I have went to a Black Proteus and a Clear Proteus II. I preferred the fit and coverage of the Proteus design, as it was made for heads larger than those for the Dye Invisions. I would recommend them to anyone but it all comes down to your personal preferences as you will be the end user. As long as you are comfortable with whatever you choose, it should be fine.

I love the flex and spectra(Proshield?). Great masks. I have one and dont regret it. The lenses are a little hard to change, but once you get the hang of it its easy.

Sooo comfy.

I will step in and recommend V-force as well, firstcall paintball has the morph for 60 bucks. They fit my rather large melon (a fitted 7 5/8th is a tad small) and are pretty comfy.

I'd love to have a vforce, but at the moment, it's out of my pricerange.
