for the most part they are teh exact same reg.... one made out of stainless and the other alumiun..... (yup i cant spell)
the one thing i like about the dyna is the built in rail mount
but i perfer teh steel of the hyper.....
though i am not sure if the dyna is avail. in a 4500psi format....
other then that... they have the same insides.....

Dyna flows do come in a 4500psi format. My friend had an 88ci 4500psi one which he used on his matrix.. I thought it was very nice.

internally they are IDENTICAL. the Dyna has a rail and is alum body. the Hyper is a ring mount(like a Kapp DZ II) and is SS.
the Dyna costs around $10 more. i have a Dyna and think its hot ish
