Hmmm...
You could try making a slot or something and use a flathead screwdriver.

I dont know if that is worth it, but you can try.

You can take a drill and carefull drill down the center of the screw. Once again, i've never tried this stuff, its just what i came up with.

The best thing for you to do is either leave it on, or drill it out with a 1/4" bit. You may have to use a 3/8" bit to get the head out. Only drill down 5/8" fom the top of the head or you will ruin the vert adapter. Drill a 1/8" pilot hole down the center first. This will make it easier to drill as these are not cheap screws. Hope this helps.:D

You could try to find the next size torx bit and hammer it in. If no luck drill the head off the bolt.

You could take it to you're local welder and he could TIG weld an allen wrench to the screw head .

I had a screw head stripped in a grip fame and MIG welded a wrench on and it came right out. Mine as not recessed so it was a little easier.

But drilling it out is easier. Use a drill press and clamp the rail.

JB Weld should do the trick with the allen wrench

Your local hardware store should have an "easy-out". Ask them about one.
It is a tool that fits in an electric drill and extracts the screw.

just take the VA and rail with you......find a screw that is the right threads, then find one that is the right length

The one screw that was by the trigger of the gun that holds it to the rail was stripped to hell when i took it off to sand it and i jus took a metal saw and cut a slit at the top and used a flat head screw driver and now i jus use it as a flat tip screwdriver screw instead of allen wrench :D
