...one of those vert adapter extender things? My brother has a PB drop forward and no foregrip fits. I saw one in a pic somewhere and thought that that would be the perfect thing to fix that.

I think paintballgear.net has them for like 20$. Do a web search for KAPP Foregrip extenders.
