do they make a on/off that goes between two 1/4 lines?

They make Check-Valves that work like on/off valves, most I have seen are for 1/8th lines. They shut off the pressure and bleed off the air on the off side. Alot of people use them close to there AIR valve to take it off without removing there tanks.
