Looks interesting. Here is an exerpt from the Impulse FAQ, pertaining to the different types of Impulses:

"#8 What is the difference between Custom Impulses?

There are currently five categories of Impulses.

At the bottom are the Standard Impulse and Vision Impulse. Works great but like all factory guns, no thrills. Smart Parts has released some anodized Impulses but they were just stock guns with a “paint job”.

Next are the entry-level custom impulses. Here we have the Hotrod, Neurotic Sports Edition, TKO and 32 Degrees Impulses. They are nothing more than a stock Impulse with milling and anodizing. These are often found as package deals similar to an Ultimate package.

The middle level custom Impulse has some performance upgrades but has not been completely overhauled. Here we have the Eclipse and Meteor. Again these Impulses also have custom milling and anodizing.

A top-level custom Impulses has performance enhancing upgrades. These would be the Freak Factory, RATpulse, Toxic and Demonic Impulses. While still having a custom look through their milling and anodizing, the upgrade that are included in these Impulses are often sought after buy the owners of the Stock Impulses to try and gain performance while not shelling out the extra money associated with the custom milling and ano.

Off the chart is when a company comes along and re-designs the Impulse from the ground up making it an almost completely new marker. The Adrenalin Impulse stands alone in this catagory.

The VooDoo Impulse has not been categorized because it has not yet been released. There is a rumor that VooDoo will not be making a custom Impulse but continue to make upgrade parts."

now the "gunstand" would be the result of the kid from the movie "The New Guy" and "Road Trip" shaving his head bald and throwing on a baseball cap (as well as some LSD to give him that "woah the colors are melting" affect to his eyes :D).

Nice gun but i cant ever see myself with a purple gun.

I'll tell you what. My buddy bought one just like it from the I.A.O. and its frikkin sick. Thats one of the fastest electros (trigger must be adjusted) I've ever shot. Its a nice gun all round. I give it a ten. If you're considering it, you won't be dissapointed

The milling and the anno is a work of art....They dont have ANY scratches or inperfections in them at all, and you cant see the change in colour.

i think my recently sold impulse is the best it gets next to the Ai.(i just sold this toxic for 900 for everything u see in the package, money order being sent today!!)IM ORDERING THE AI THIS WEEK!!!!

I was never a fan of the look of the Impulse but you've changed my opinion permanently. Those are too kewl.

Not a big Impy fan......at ALL. I think they are waaaaay overated. Id give it a 7, I prefer Rat impys, and for a 600-650 dollers price tag, its amazing. It has everything including a Freak and a magnet trigger

I love Mags but i think the impulses look the sweetest out of any guns out there if you seen some sweet guns post it here i wanna see some awesome looking guns. I dont care if its a macked out talon if it looks sweet post it.

im not abig fan of the eclipse that toxic was pretty spiffy tho AI are pretty kewl i love rats tho :D if i had money id buy one
