hahaha... imagine if the guy just took the cash and ran. Then the buyer went to court and said that the man didn't give him his soul, that he bought.

Hmm, an extra soul eh? Guess it would be usefull if I ever lose mine, I mean jeesh, who knows? My dog might eat it while I'm not looking:rolleyes:

Under Ebay's regulations, would this be a binding contract to the buyer?

If won do you think, they would have to pay....this could turn into a lawsuit?

does the reserve have to be met to win an auction on ebay? Not to familiar with ebay.

lol you dont actually have to pay if you win, ebay is just the medium for posting your things, once its bought its up to the buyer and seller to work it out (mostly true, the seller can report buyer to ebay or vice versa or leave bad comment)

Why would he want to sell his soul? Doesn't he know he can't use automatic doors anymore? ;)

That's...creepy. Hilarious that people bidded on it though, but at the same time, weird....

Ebay just charged me $15 is fees for stuff I sold totalling less than $300 (in addition to the $2 fee per item). Whether this is a joke or not, ibdvs1 is going to get a HUGE bill from ebay :)

It is up to $14,999. If anyone bids higher, they will have to get ID verifacation. Sad.

If they did win, and didn't get the soul, I think that they could sue. Even if they decided that souls don't exist, the buyer paid for it. So he must be reimburst for it. Interesting. I think that I will sell my soul on Ebay one day, also.

if that dickhole gets more than 100 bucks for nothing, i envy him. feel sorry if the kid goes to like heven and cant get in because he sold it, so he has to go to hell.
