Does Any Body Know Where I CAn Find A Tweak For A Pentium II Processor

its for my little brothers PC he Pc is pretty good except he doesnt have enough money to get a pentium 4 so i need to find him a tweaking program, i was just wondering if any of you knew where i could get one

Tweaking program? Or are you trying to overclock your machine? I, personally, have never found any gained performances using those so called programs to increase your computer's performance. But I have overclocked mine before but it also lessens the overall life of your hardware.

Overclocking is very dangerous if you don't know what you're doing...so be careful. You can fry a lot of things so only do it if you're experienced or know of someone who's done it before. Not all CPU's, Motherboards, or memory can be overclocked.
