Hello, I'm writing to see what would be the best mod for the warp feed hose. Either melting the hopper to have an indentation on the side or drilling a hole to place the hose through the hopper? What are the experiences good or bad with either one.

I'd imagine they both serve the purpose equally well... Melting is probably easier to do.

Well I don't have a warp but I do know that you can get super tight by drilling another hole into the mounting bracket which moves the whole warp closer to your marker. Then you can melt a hole in your revy to make it even tighter, althought I suggest using an old 200 rd(non-motorized) hopper for practice. Good luck, and welcome to AO.

the best way to stay tight is probly to drill whole it is alot easier and it stays tight and you can take the house off instead of having it melted in

I drilled mine. It seems to work very well for me. Personally, I like it better because it holds the whole setup together, makes the hopper stick in there better and you don't have to worry about it wiggling around, etc..

Drill it. I did on my old mag. For all of the reasons joeyjoe said.

Drill it. I did it on my Revo, and on my HaloB. Works like a charm. It's quite easy to do, really (at least for the Revo).
