I'm thinking about buying the pure energy adjustable with thor more for price than anything else (its the cheapest high psi adjustable i was able to find). Does anyone know of a cheaper 4500 fully adjustable tank for even cheaper?

nope, and i have herd that there pretty nice, but its still a screw in system, its really cool tho, and i believe the thor you can use for another setup later on. pretty cool if you ask me. there also not too bulky, and work well. go for it, just finding a place to fill it fully is gunna be a lil hard

Ok so the tank actually screws into the thor itself then, I didn't know that.

its just a preset tank screwed into a horizontal reg. it will only go up to 850psi

SC Ironmen and Aftershock use them, and I doubt that either of those teams would do as well as they do with an icky tank.... :) but I wouldn;t run the Thor at 850, because then the Preset tank reg must recharge, and the thor must recharge at the same PSI.... not good. use them on lower pressure guns maybe

hmm, i have a slight feeling the out put is a little higher.... you know? olny really makes sence, they are nto stupid. the preset output is probabally around 1500 or so

no, because you can buy the 68/5k tank alone.... so it has to be 800 or 850

They are sold seperately and together. There is about 1 valve in existance you'd want to feed more than 750psi into...

Also, the thor is a dual reg system. You do not need your inline reg. That means you can gut your reg/use a gas thru and a thor will be as consistant as a screw in + average inline reg.

There are very few guns that you want more than 700PSi coming out of the inline reg, mags are the only ones I can think of.

*nudge* spyder

;)

Remember boys and girls, there're those Kingman teams who use spyders to win 00ber $$

Well I went ahead and ordered it. I can't wait now! By the way what is a good pressure to run out of it for my mag?

800-850 should be just fine, or higher, but be careful, don't go in runaway, so the 800-850 is your safest bet.

Mossman, why bother with an inline reg on a Mag anyway???
