lol...eBay is ridiculous. That PB shop would make a lot more $ by liquidating their inventory then just selling their land, instead of selling the whole store!

Wow, That's a nice looking store. I'd buy it if I lived in florida and had $50k sitting in my pocket :P

Most likely, I'd hire someone else to run it for me, and just stop in to grab e-mags, RT's and Paint :)

mmm... mabye they really arent looking for a profit here... mabye they are looking for someone to take over a buisness that they cared for, cherished, and wanted to spread the joy to many customers and eventually have their love rebounded on the entire planet!!

ebay isnt the way to go though

Heh, thats funny. I do think they are just putting on ebay more or less just to advertise its for sale, not to actually sell it by having people bid on it :)

It's not neccesarily a good deal.

He values his inventory at $20k and all fixtures at about 5k

So you're at $25k. The issues that, by the looks of the photos the store is located in a strip mall. Generally that means he doesn't own the land or building. You're leasing. There's no mention of the lease agreement or arangement (might have been prepaid, but unlikely).

In addition there are no details on monthly gross, monthly net, # of walkins a month, etc.

As it stands your paying $25k for inventory and 20K for an unverified "established" business.

Could be a good deal. Could be bad. Can't tell from the add.
