I just ordered a fully custom jersey from Custom Sports Gear (http://www.customsportsgear.com), and it looks incredible :) thanks to Bartman for the heads-up on the shop. VERY fast turn around time and a great staff.

Send them whatever design you would like, pay your $65, sit back and wait for the goodness.

I'll update this in a few weeks to let you know how the printing and material are wearing.

Doesn't he look serious? :) At least I think it's him in the middle.

We were just talking about them in the Chat room a couple days ago, and yesterday Syn posted he got his. I would say turnaround time is pretty darn quick... ;)

I would suspect that the number of orders they got in would be a factor as well, but they seem to be fairly speedy.

Syn?

I paid a little bit extra for a rush job, but yeah I sent them my art on Monday and they shipped it out Wednesday. I'd would say a week and a have would be a safe bet for a normal job.

When you place your order, call them and they will give you a better idea of what their workload looks like and when you can expect to get your product.

Those look like Smartparts jerseys. Are the graphics on them sublimated, or are they decaLS?

Taken from their site...

This includes your graphical artwork, color choice, team logo, names, numbers and sponsor’s logos all 100% sublimated.
It's the good stuff! ;)

Just to give you a little bit more info on the jerseys and the company.

I also had a run of jerseys done for WC, Ivan and his wife Jamie run an excelnt and tight buiosness, they jsut incorerated back around july.

Ivan(renagade/race) use to work and own this company with Smartparts. They had a diffrent vision as to where they wanted to go, so Ivan got out and him and Jamie set up and started to run Custom sports gear.

I had a tour of the Plant on my way to WC. Its a nice set up, and I will explain the pricess for you as well here.

So her eis the prossess as far as I can remember.

Order and graphic come in

Graphic are tweeked to work onthe jersey lay outs.

the Graphics are then printed usubg a hudge color printer.

the jerseys them self are cut out into peices

then the Graphic(now printed on special paper) Are layed on top of the individual peices of material.

It this point they are run threw a heated machine( I never got to see this process) at 400Degrees,

after that, they are taken out the the main factory floor again and the semstresses stitch all the parts together

then packed and shipped tot he cusomer.

On an intresting note, they also do barrel condoms, hat socka and short sleave jerseys or crew shirts at this time. I can see in the future everybody running there own custom barrle condoms and they could become the "tradeing card" for paintball players.

Ivan and Jamie are a stand up crew, and I can tell you right now, there work has totaly impressed me .

Heck they made us Cow jerseys, and that in its self are really cool.

Hope this info helps, catch you in hte center
