is it true that a 68/3000 flatline out put presure creepes up as the tank presure drops ?

Mine does exactly the opposite. outpur pressure drops as the tank pressuer drops. (usually about 200lbs as the tank drops from 3k to 1k). It's already been sent back to AGD once. Not fixed. Dont' know what the deal is.
