This weekend I had my first leaks. I (stupidly) put some paintballs in my gun from a tube that had earlier been shot. I opened the tube, took out the busted ball, and poured it into my hopper. What a bonehead! Needless to say my accuracy went to the crapper, but then my gun started leaking out of the barrel. I thought it had to do with my Lvl 10 because the sound of the leak would change when I moved the bolt. I but in the next smaller carrier, but now it is leaking out of the back. What should I look at now?
Thanks for any help.

shorter spring, and turn down the velocity.

Thanks, I'll try that tonight.

It didn't work. I still get a leak that stops a few seconds after I pull the trigger and hold it. It seems to be coming from the bottom center of the valve.

if it is leaking out the barrel when you pull and hold the trigger, then your on/off is leaking. take it out and clean it/check the orings. then lube it and put it back in.

It not leaking out od the barrel. It sounds like its coming out of the middle.

does it sound like it is leaking where the two valve halves meet? or is it leaking out of the bottom of the on/off? I still think if you rework your on/off, it will go away.

Sounds like where the two meet. I took my on/off apart last night. It looked ok. Plus when I pull the trigger the leak stops in a couple of secounds.

i had a leak out of the bottom of the valve once, seemed like it was coming out the middle somewhere as well. i opened, cleaned and relubed the spring pack in the velocity ajuster and it did the trick. you might want to give that a go.

ya, sounds like the main valve body o-ring is leaking. if you fix that it should stop.

I would say that it sounds like it is leaking out the little hole in the bottom back of your valve. This can be remedied by taking your velocity adjuster out and cleaning the back of the valve and the velocity assembly. Check your regulator assembly o-ring and lubricate everything when you put it back together. The leak should be fixed.

Thanks All, I'll try it this weekend.
