you get to pick your classes in middle school? lucky..... we still take the regular math science, algebra(advanced class:D), social studies, language arts. and we rotate around pe and health in trimesters and we change between facs(home eq), shop, music, and art but we dont get to pick.

American History
Biology
English I (should have taken IA... i am smarter that that)
Algerba II
Phys. Ed.
CAD I

I am also in Symphonic Band (upperclassman band) which takes up my first period. Up until a few weeks ago it was Marching band (in which I played snare drum)

Freshman year....
really blows....

And my school does NOT accommodate elective periods enough for those who are taking consecutive yearly classes. I plan on taking CAD all four years (CAD I,II,II and advanced somethingornother) like it is intened but that takes away one full period per year (yearly classes). And if someone happens to be in Symphonic band, Jazz band, and a consecutive class like CAD.... you can kiss any other electives goodbye. There's just not enough hours in the damm day.

Yeah I'm First chair Tenor Saxophone in both Symphonic I band and the Jazz band

Our school has 4 concert bands, 2 marching bands (one for competitions and one for football games), and a jazz band.

Last time I checked it think it was like 350 band members..

Oh and our marching band is playing during the sugar bowl this year can't wait!! :D

EDIT - oh yeah and I'm learning snare, and hopefully I will march snare next year.

How'd you guys do on the AP tests? you can take all the classes you want, but if you don't pass the AP tests then kiss the credit goodbye... In high school I took 4 ap courses... got a's and b's in the class, but failed miserably on the tests... DOH!

For me, my second semester at Colorado State University is:
Chemistry II
Chem II Lab
Attributes of living systems (basically its biology)
Lab for that class
American History
Psychology
College Algebra II
Trig
Trig
Logarithmic and exponential functions

The last 4 are basically high school math... I hate math... with a living passion. Alot of the other courses I'm taking are just the Core Curriculum classes, like history and Psych... I actually have no idea what I want to do with my life yet...oh well... I'm young
