Here`s the link at kingman website. Well the only thing similar is the square front grip. But it seems to be just a gas thru grip shaped like the E baterry.

What’s wrong with that? I think Airgun Design could learn something from these marketing geniuses all they due is take a regular spider that hasn’t changed in what? Ten years? Color it blue then slap on an electric frame and sell it for hundreds of dollars. We all know they are junk and Airgun Design makes the best product, but that young kid who’s going to buy it with his B-Day money doesn’t.

That has got to be the SADDEST form of imitation I have EVER seen. Putting Spyder's at the level of automags. Now that is sad.

Well you can't blame them for wanting to get their newbie crowd to upgrade from a regular spyder to a new electro spyder now can ya.

Looks like a regular spyder, plus semi-rectangular front foregrip/expansion chamber.. and what suspiciously looks like (and probably is) an E-LCD frame to me. (oh boy..)

What caught my eye too, was the feature:
"Reactive Trigger Response"
I'm curious to see as to how they accomplished this, I'm just hoping that it's not another "Tippmann RT" type system http://www.automags.org/ubb/rolleyes.gif

Mr.E Mag Man; yeah, I had noticed the 'Ractive Trigger' when the first thread on the Kingman AMG came out... might have to call them and see if the'll tell me what its all about.

Oh, come on, a Spyder IS on the level of a Mag. All you have to do is spend an enormous sum of time and money upgrading the Spyder, and a few minutes taking your mag out of the box http://www.automags.org/ubb/wink.gif

ok, lets stop the flaming here. kingman is a good company that makes some nice markers. i owned a spyder SE for a few years and i never had any problems with it. my old spyder and i could take on anyone anytime. it shot straight and fast. kingman has some of the best marketing out there. they put out new guns every year for different level of play. what if people can't afford and e-mag? hey get the AMG. and like shartley(it think) said, immitation is the best form of flattery.

lets not flame other companies, this is a happy site http://www.automags.org/ubb/smile.gif

Copy the Emag? I think not. It seems like just another electro out of Kingman. It doesn't have electro or manual mode to choose between. It's just a blowback semi with a electro grip frame on it. I don't think Tom will even flinch when he sees the AMG(which he probably has seen) I think people like Indian Creek Design will be biting their nails more than AGD over this gun.
