how fast does the halo b feed?

ive been hearing some different things about the halo b, and how fast it feeds. my friend says that it could feed only up to 18 bps, but ive heard somewhere else that it can go up to around 23 bps.

if i could just get some other opinions on this, that'd be great

over 5 or 6 tries, my Halo B emptied 100 rounds in an average of 4.2 seconds. Thats ~23.8 bps. I can't speak for anyone else, but thats what I observed.
