What is the advantage of a z-grip? It looks like it would be painful to have your hand cocked back in that position. I could see maybe that it would help you get tight on your profile, but the angles your wrist moves seem kind of harsh. I held one and it seems ok, but if you played all day it would kill your forearm.

What teh heck are you talking about? regular grip frame cocks your hand back... the Z-Grip puts the frame so your hand is in a natural position, and your wrist is straight instead of having to bend it like a normal grip frame would, when holding your marker up close to your body. my forearm kills me after a day with my normal grip frame, with my Z-Grip, my arm donesnt bother me in the least... Id have to say you were holding it wrong. How were you holding it when you tried it?

Man I could use one of those for my Mag. After a day of play my arm and wrist are really sore and stuff...it's brutal. I should pick one up and get a ReTro valve while I am at it =).

Hold the gun close to your body. It is most comfortable with the tank resting on your right shoulder (left if you are an evil leftie). Holding the gun out in front of you, or twords your lowerbody it begins to get uncomfortable.
Also how long did you hold it? I was playing with it in the store for about 15 minutes, untill i got addicted and bought it http://www.automags.org/ubb/smile.gif
