Yes warp feeds are NPPL legal.

My big question is, that hoppers can only be solid color, and can only have 1 sticker, black and white, within a certain size limit for NPPL events. Does this apply to a Warpfeed, are they counted as a hopper, or do they have there own rules?

They are according to the NPPL rules and reinforced by all the guys using them at WC and other events. If he does'nt want to believe it, well......

have you freind read this: think as hard as you can.....(not too hard)......if you were the rule setter for nppl, why would you make a warp illegal??????

I don't even think they inforce the 1color hopper and 1 black/white sticker rule.. I have a Red/Clear hopper and like 8-10 stickers on there and never had one problem with that at the World Cup. And the other guys on the team with warps never had any problem so yes they are legal.
