My friend uses the RT grip on his minimag without a spacer.....it works fine we just played a tournament with it. I'm sure some of you are thinking it wasnt really an RT frame or you think i'm talking about the RT Pro but it is an RT frame. It used to be on the old style RT before we put it on the mini.
YES all you need is a spacer and we have them here for free.

I have a mag z-grip grip http://www.automags.org/ubb/smile.gif I'm special. Not using a spacer when you have the rt z-grip on a regular mag is a bad idea, because it would allow the frame to pivot a little bit, with that extra room. This could cause problems with wear or leaks. I'm 99% sure the rt z-grip fits the rt pro if you use a spacer, but the mag z-grip will not fit the rt-pro, without modification to the frame itself.
I just bought a Z-grip from Diablo Direct and it should be arriving in about three (LONG) days. I know I'll be excited to install it, so who can I call to get the spacer?

100 Bucks. Which is a real great deal! The guy was real nice about selling it too. The Cod was 6.00 and it cost 6.00 to ship to my house. So everything cost 112.00.
If you're looking to buy a Z-grip, get one from Paul!

Just got off the phone with Paul... they have 5 left, all for the RT.
Are you able to use the RT z-grip with a standard 'mag? I keep hearing whispers about some kind of spacer... Otherwise I'm out of luck. http://www.automags.org/ubb/frown.gif

RT Z-Grips WILL fit the standard 68 AutomaG and MinimaG, if they dont come with a spacer, call AGD and as Tom said, theyre available for free. As far as I know, the RT frames will fit the RT Pro, but you will need the space also, as the RT Pro uses the ReTro Valve as well, meaning they use hte same field strip screw. If im wrong, someone please correct me.

I asked my mom to order me one/ let me order one for my birthday which is on Wednesday... I am gonna try calling tomorrow, not sure if they are open though. Call again mon if they aren't. If they don't have it, www.pbgear.net still advertises having them for the RT... Not sure if they still have them or not.

The spacers you bought are powertube spacers. I don't think any of the powertube spacers are the same as the z-grip spacers, but I could very well be wrong.

Yeah, a PT space will work as a spacer in the back of a zGrip. Not sure which length, but they will work.

he normally charges $90, but had a $75 deal for the AO members that wanted to try out the blade for z-grip...
alright, it arrives, i put it in...it is SO close in tolerance that it is a snug fit...
IT IS EXCELLENT!!! beautiful trigger...his webby sent me a pic of a trigger that looks like a skeleton finger, but dan said it was the wrong one...im glad i got the standard blade...
well, my next z-grip is getting a skeleton-finger trigger...dan says that he can do anything, just takes time and costs a bit
