Is the rt pro body interchangable with the classic mag body? I have a retro hypermag with a lvl 10 kit, and i want a no-rise body. Can anyone advise?

Yes, they are!!! You can use the RT Pro/ E-mag body on the satndard Automag/Minimag rail without any problems or modifications, you can't do the opposite, however!!
