Wouldnt a standard feed+haloB work just fine... Since the HaloB is forcefeeding paintballs into the chamber, you wouldnt really need a powerfeed. Im just seeking answers to this. My friend wants to save money and just buy an x valve/HaloB

Yes it will be fine with a standard feed.

He could even cut the standard feed down shorter to get a more compact gun.
