The new frame from AGD...

Over the past few days I've been hearing about (I even glimpsed a picture of one) this new frame produced by AGD. All I saw though was a bunch of people asking the same questions I had, except there were no answers to 70+ posts. I'm officially asking this question and hopefully I shall receive an official answer (after all I am going to spend $90 when this thing finally does come out so I think I at least deserve some simple answers). The question:

1. When is coming out and where will I be able to get one??? even a rough estimate would be nice. Thanks.

Read all the way through in each post. I think one of them states that it should be around $110 with the Dye Sticky Grips. Also Tom stated in a post earlier that they should be out in the market about 3 weeks from now. I'll go look for that one too.
