woohoo! NTC - my old stompin grounds (middle 80's). I wonder if the OpFor still kiks everyone's, uhmmmm... - well, I wonder if they beat the incomming trainees all the time still. :)

oh, and nice ride!

I recall getting to drive around in the XM1 (before it was the m1 abrams) - woohoo!!

RP...we destroyed OpFor in our final battle...they came through Whale Gap...we were in the wadis...they had to reset the battle and start us farther away. they didnt think we could move into place that fast. They called in Black Thursday...we bottlenecked em pretty good :D

memories......
hehehehee
ahh the gap and the waddies - common connections through there. somehow the OpFor always likes to underestimate the troopies. (gee, it's not like that it their back yard or anything - heheheeee).

I was the NCO of a Video crew and the TOC, field AAR setup (we had 3 full setups back then, with half a dozed mobile video units - not sure what they have this millenium). It was kewl to work on that sattelite gear. :)

oh - yea the pics are great. Can't tell, but looks like teh V formation is a bit ragged, though could be the angel.

The first two look a whole bunch like Hood, but I'd recognize Hungry Lizard anyday, that's just up the road from me! That pic is in Stoney Valley, you're going south, the photo is looking west! When I win the Lottery, I'm gonna buy that valley from the government!

RP; their tankers, whaddya expect? Army...the only part I didnt like about HL (other than driving off a culvert) were the tarantulas. That was my first experience with them. Ugh.
