please help, level 10 prob

the carrier is stuck inside of the tube and i cant get it out. i tried bangin it out and also tried usin a dental pick and it wont come out.

Use your field strip screw. Screw it into the powertube carrier, and then yank. Works like a charm. (Thanks Tunaman :D)
