parts for a cocker

I just got a messed up cocker and i need to replace some parts, i was wondering which type of the following parts is the best:
3-way
cocking rod
bolt
hammer

I would say all shocktech, except for the hammer go with the ffree flow.

those new orracle 3 ways...
almost any delrin bolt...
and either a free flow hammer,or AKALMP
