Everyone, in one way or another, excercises. We excercise to improve our health and, in many cases, we excercise to improve in the sports that we compete in.
Myself, in particular, do the usual battery of strength and cross-training excercises for paintball, because it is a sport which has many different movements. Strength and flexibility are key in any training regimen. One excercise that I do, requires the use of chinese "bao ding" balls. These are two metal balls that have metal plates inside which ring whenever the balls touch. The excercise promotes flexibility and strength in the fingers and also serves to calm the nerves, they also promote dexterity.
So, what do you guys/gals do to get better physically at our great sport?
