is there some kind of special stuff that you can buy that will make the paint on your body look more shiny? mine is pretty fadded out and i really dont want to pay to get it repainted. Any other alternatives?

I no these is pretty dumb but try a good waxing that shines it up real nice

You could always get it re-powdercoated, and get it all glossy.

Use a fine grain rubbing compound, it might be able to lift some of the oxidation and take care of minor scratches.

Turtle wax is a brand name, there are several products they sell some would suit thet application others wouldn't My advice to you would be to go to an auto parts store and tell them what you are looking to do, then ask what products they carry that they would recommend.

there's many chemicals out there that'll brighten up that paint pretty well.

Quiet makes a good point. Go to your auto store and ask them which one they carry works the best.

Maguires Cleaner Wax and a good buffer (mine's a 10" electric) do wonders for dull paint. Just don't use the cleaner wax for regular waxing applications, since it does contain some mild rubbing compound (and will take a bit of the paint off every time you use it).
