yes. With C02 you experienc a much harder pull. HPA also has a hard pull on a mag but not nearly as much. Your gun will be quieter, more accurate and last longer on hpa.

please not the accuracy change is due to the consistancy of HPA, no need for false info to go around...

co2/nitro. only way it will change the trigger is that if the liquid gets in the valve it will stick

"depends on output pressure of tank..." That does not make much since because the air pressure that pushes the trigger forward is already regulated by the gun's regulator.

Never noticed a difference, and I switch between a screw-in HPA tank and CO2 all the time. HPA is more consistent and doesn't freeze the gun when rapid-firing though.
