heat shrink tubing has saved my intelifeed project!!!! it wasnt working(ask potoboy and pi, they were trying to help me all day) and i just slapped some tubing on and it works now!!! i'm sooo happy!!! thanks for all the help guys.

i wish i knowed how but mes a technotard...
i dont really trust myself to solder just yet, i will solder the connections when i learn how though, till then its heat-shrink tubing all the way.

how do you solder? what is soldering?

LOL no wonder you got it screwed..
Solder is pronounced sauter if that rings a bell, its when u take some metal like substence and melt it down to secure connections.. its the only way to go when working with electronics..

Soldering is VERY easy. I bought a 3$ iron from walmart and 1 little tube of solder and i did jobs on my bushy NO PROBLEM. I seriously thought i was gonna mess up, but its very easy. Just read directions.

what size soldering wire should i use? i know to use rosin core but theres lots of different sizes and i dunno if it makes a difference or not but i need some advice so help a brother out.
