what are the restrictions on spyder cup markers?

i know for spyder cup the marker has to be a spyder, but im wondering how much of a spyder? i mean, by the time im done upgrading my spyder it might only have one screw, literally, thats stock. hell it might even be closed bolt. what are the exact restrictions on the type of marker you have to have?

i dont think there is a spyder cup any more. they did the "Spyder Challenge" at the '02 IAO, but didnt have a Spyder Cup
