tetris or USSR missle warning?

So today i decide to get out our old Nintendo game system and play Tetris. I got a high score on normal play and a type of "congratulation" screen came up. The animation was a missle launching from an underground silo, and Moscow right next to it. Was it a subliminal-type message?
