is there any way to check online like if my order has been shipped or is still processing.... etc

You will most likely get a shipped notice with a tracking # via email. Give us the date you ordered and what kind of shipping you chose so we can give you an idea of when to expect arrival without bothering the nice office ladies :)

sorry bout the late reply was away for the weekend... i placed my order 12/28/02 but they didnt receive my old valve for the trade in untill 1/6/03 and i got ups ground residential
