I was always under the impression that a 32 degrees dropfoward and a 32 degrees on/off would fit each other

Drop (http://www.32ice.com/32parts/html/dflarge.asp) on/off (http://www.32ice.com/32parts/html/onoffadpt.asp)

The drop foward has a dovetail, and I assumed the on/off adapter would slide and lock right in, but it doesn't. What am I doing wrong?

I e-mailed 32* and they said the parts should fit but were milled incorectly, but I'm not sure how that can happen if they mass produce these parts. (I mean the parts LOOK fine they just don't fit each other)

Anyways just wanted to know if there is anything i'm doing wrong.

Um, did you try sliding the on/off on then screwing in the top set screw in the drop? That's what holds it on

Yeah, the dovetail on the drop is too narrow, and the on/off will not stay on.

Dude, that's funny. I know it sucks for somebody in your situation, but I find it really funny that they would screw things up like that.

When they said it was milled wrong did they offer to repace it? If they produced a bad batch they shouldn't keep the messed up one on the market.

Yes, they did offer to replace them for free, but I have to pay to have them shipped out, then probably wait for about 4 months.
