I think it was Channel 7, Evening news in Detroit, had a brief story on Paintball! the reporter went to Atomix (my new favorite indoor field in the Detroit metro area), and they showed quite a bit.
they focused on safety issues (wore goggles and markers all had barrel bags on), talked about markers a bit, interviewed the owner (cool guy, his name escapes me at the moment), and he shot the reporter in the nipple on camera...
there was a great shot of a player belly sliding into the snake too, my favorite move on that turf! (apparently they spent 90 grand on it... whoah!).
One problem though, which I am not sure about, they said paintballs are shot between 200 and 300 mph, not fps... anyone better than me at math wanna convert that for me?
