i am about to recieve a 99 apoc from snake847 here on ao... and i was wondering how to go about mounting it.. as of now i have a kapp dz, and i was wondering if it would mount on that, he told me it would, but i need reassurance. i also would like to know if it uses a dovetail type thing..

the 99 "apoc" has a dovetail on it and i would say you should use something with a long bodied dovetail wise. it is a heavy tank setup due to it being all stainless steel. i would recommend a dye drop forward because they spread the weight more evenly on the drop. but back to answering your uestion, yes, its possible. hope this helps.

Not really, it looks similar to the new ones but larger, heavier, uglier, etc. dovetail only not screw in.
