AGD has changed their lifetime policies on their automags. It is no longer in place. You may be able to get it serviced under the original lifetime warrantee if you are the original purchaser.
I think all original owners of automags that purchased with the understanding that there was a lifetime warrantee should have that warrantee honored, even though all new mags have the star system.

the lifetime warranty is only vaild for the REGISTERED ORIGINAL owner
if thats you, you should be in luck. if not, AGD has a $45.00 rebuild fee

I'm the original owner of my Mag, but I don't remember if I mailed my card in...it's been over 9 years since I bought it. Is there any way to check?

AGD has never had a lifetime warranty.
Because they have, in many situations, not charged for repairs on equipment on which the warranty had expired, people often refer to them as having a lifetime warranty, even though they didn't.
AGD's warranty and repair policies can be found here:

See you on the field,
