How long does it normally take to get instructions on where and how to send the old valve so we can get the new one?

How fast you get instructions depends on whether you give your existing valve number in the Message field on the order. If you do, I send instructions after entering the order. If you do not, I first have to send you an email asking for the valve number, then finish setting up the order, THEN send instructions ...

Hey, as a suggestion for future people, could you maybe offer an option of paying the full value of the X-valve, with a $100 "rebate" for sending the valve back? This might make things faster for those of us who could get by without that $100 for a week or two... :)

mistwolf has the right idea. i'd hate to miss a wkend of play while i wait for the xvalve. if possible id like to do that when the reverse is for sale.

With our particular software it is tough to do refunds, but I will discuss with management whether there is another alternative.

can i still trade my minimag valve in if it has an ANS or Diamond Labs regulator half??

if i can do the above, can i trade it in for a reverse x-valve if the minimag is the regular valve?
