Jeez. Hard to believe. AO's almost there, only 200 or so now. The AO family continues to grow everyday, as more and more people deciede to join. AO hasn't been around that long, so in essence, AO has grown quite big. I can only imagine how long it will be until AO reaches 100,000. At this rate, who knows! Hey, just for fun, what's your AO member number? (if you know it)

Actually AO has been around a long time. I am trying to think when I first joined this site. Probably sometime in 97 or 98 I want to say? When AGD got it and took over I signed back up on 10-19-2000... ah well :)

Yep, I was there. The site has definately changed for the better. I also searched back for my first post. October 2000. I was selling a tank. http://www.automags.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=9176

Pretty cool to go back and look at my first few posts.

Did Microfool buy the tank or the other guy? Wow hehe Matt(microfool) is a friend of mine... too bad he doesn't lurk here too much now

If I'm not mistaken, I am member 4552, though I lurked here a while before I joined...

But AO is where I belong now, its the only forum where I can have complete confidence and trust in some of its members (hopefully that isn't misleading  :D )!

I think he did. It was a big nasty AA tank. It's been a while, though.

According to my numbers i'm 833 or something. It would have been slighly lower but i joined mid march when the server went down and killed like a months worth of posts and such. It also deleted my name and i had to make a new one.

EDIT: accourding to the PM thing i'm 895, whatever. I was close.

I thought you just had to mouse over the PM button for someone and in the query string it says userid=XXXX and that is your official number.

Like I'd be 863.

Oh well.
